Was up at 5.30am after about 1 hours sleep.

In the air again. This time to Dulles Airport, Washington DC. Finally get to go and see Matt and Melissa, assuming that is if the US customs let me in. Films aren't up to much on the flight. Started on the Manchurian Candidate, the new one with Denzel Washington. Gave up on that and moved onto Bourne Supremecy. The good thing about the BMI flights is they have Goon Shows on the comedy channel (Dishonoured).

Waited for an hour and a half to check in. Bit of a queue. Didn't have any time for shopping. Got a text from Howard just as I was about to board.

"Real Madrid's medical staff have privately admitted they would prefer David Beckham to miss England's game against Spain on Wednesday night, despite signs that he is returning to fitness."

If said medical staff have "privately admitted" something why is it on the front page of the Sport section. Not really very private.

A few lazy days.

Nearly lost my passport last night. It wasn't where it usually is but where it usually used to be.

Seem to be good at losing things at the moment.

All good fun being a Liverpool supporter!! Spanish press ran a story comparing the new 4 Spaniards to the Beatles. Maybe they're not quite as musical but they do know how to play football...
