There are people in this world who have a habit of being extremely good at what they do.

Ronnie Barker was one of those people. The sort of actor and comedian who could take on a character and make him believable. Unlike many people who have too much of themselves in their characters Ronnie Barker may have been Fletch or Arkwright but they became chararcters on their own.

He hadn't worked much in the last few years but his death today will mean there is one less great actor in the world.
