Cairns. I got here last night after another multiple hour bus ride. Somehow I still ended up coming online last night during a brief walk around the block from the hostel to stretch out my legs and back. It was dark, Cairns was alive and my initial reaction was that it seemed like a fun place to be.

I slept in till 10am this morning. Showered and figured out what to do today. Normally I'd take a walk around somewhere new, just to get my barings and see what might be of interest.

Instead I've just spent the last 3 hours sorting out photos from Brisbane, Airlie and the Whitsunday trips.

Nothing like doing something different now and again!

Next I'll be doing my washing. I had that moment this morning when realising I had no clean underwear that dong washing was a MUST today.
