It's been a terrible couple of days. I've been suffering with a bit of a cold. Not a bad one but enough to make me feel extremely lethargic and not really knowing whether I'm coming or going half the time.

It's irritating more than anything.

I'm also not sleeping well. Dreams constantly invade and I'm waking up at 5 or 6 in the morning unable to get back to sleep. The hostel doesn't help. There's absolutely no sound insulation so all noises carry around. Getting to sleep at night is often broken by people running down the corridor and the noise from the bar, which is in a different building, still manages to filter through. I'll know not to go back there should I ever end up in Brisbane again!

Whether or not this hostel or the one in Adelaide is the worst is a question I'm currently asking myself.

Due to the cold I also haven't done much in the past couple of days. Most of the time has been spent on the internet, either just browsing around or chatting with friends. I was going to go to the footy at the Gabba today but I really can't face it.
