The beauty of being in Australia, in a time zone advanced of England, is that I can watch election results drop in during the day, ie now. Always good fun. It's comes as no suprise that Tony is staying in power but election-by-election his majority is dropping. As I type the blues are up 5 and the yellows up 6.

The last few days have remained quiet, alcohol free and early nights. Mostly due to the restructuring of EhCo Design and the deep desire I've had for a while to start an internet dating site, which is now in the planning stages.

The quality of people at the hostel has gone downhill rapidly so I've not gone out much lately. Too many English "blokes" (yobs) have emerged. It's the downside to being English that they're everywhere. Some are fun, most are not and reputations preceed them. Things were much better when there was a mix of English and Europeans with the odd North American thrown in.

Both the FA and UEFA are saying 4 places for English teams in next season's Champion's League and the top four Premiership teams will be the 4. It's a heated debate that's been going for a while now, not that this is the end of it and will, for a while at least, allow for more column inches after the end of the season.

Turns out that Henry Rollins has now added a 4th date in Sydney. Fortunately I've got my tickets now for the May 19th show. All I need now is someone to take with me.

Phoned home last night for the first time in months. Talked to my dad for 20 mins. I had phoned due to it being my mum's birthday. She's in London though............

Quote of the day:
"When Gudjohnsen had that chance at the end I was s***ing myself. If he had scored I would have started crying. I would have retired on the spot or maybe even shot myself." - John Arne Riise.
