I've now managed to be up before 9am for the past two days. I was singing Tesla songs in the shower this morning feeling very good about the world. Probably due to the good amount of alcohol free sleep I got last night.

Yesterday was spent in Surrey Hills visiting the Brett Whiteley Studio. As an added attraction there was a poetry reading going on though, apart from Viv giving us all a brace of his work, the standards were lacking. All a bit "Poetry by numbers".  Brett's art was fantastic even if I do find his distortions of the human body a little on the weird side. Viv explained who was who in the photos that adorn the walls.

The weekend has been a full sporting occaision with one good result, one bad one and the annual draft in the third - this now means reading up on 11 possible new Eagles. The less said about Liverpool the better but at least the Saints go marching on.
