Had a boat cruise this arvo. Round the harbour for an hour. Good fun though the wind really picked up further out. I'd taken the option of standing up front, on my own, and had to hold on several times to stop myself being thrown about, it gets a little rough out there.

Earlier I'd walked out to the Opera house, stopped for coffee and write a couple of postcards, which I've so far forgotten to post. Took a ton of photos, some of the writers on Writer's Walk. Didn't recognise many names, just Barry Humphries, Clive James and Banjo Patterson's. Didn't find Germaine Greer's.

Ate at Rossinni's before getting a brace of trains back to the Cross. Couldn't be bothered walking!

Had a decent weekend too. Currently sharing the dorm with 3 USAF guys who are over from Korea. Had a drink with them Saturday. Intended to go and watch some football Saturday night but the 6 Nations took priority, which was a bloody nuisance. Didn't feel like staying up all night last night for the Merseyside Derby, although given the result I should have done!
