Sick on the dog in the morning

Felt rough this morning. Really very, very rough. As though someone had come in during the night and lined my mouth with felt and started excavations in my head. Struggled to get going which was a pain as Alice was warming up fast. Air con saved my life! Most of the group left this morning, so leaving only a few of us in Alice. After going back to bed for a couple more hours I was feeling slightly better and so headed off into town.

The walk did me some good. Had some lunch (felt even better) and found an internet cafe for a couple of hours catching up on the eight days of emails I'd collected. Wrote a few but felt far too knackered to write much.

Lazed around the pool for the afternoon before another buffet dinner and bed.

It's been a great trip. We had an excellent guide in Adam and a great group of people. The whole thing couldn't really have been much better.
