10am and it was hot. now 12.30 and it's getting too hot. have to get back to the hostel and the wonders of air con, doing some washing and sorting out somewhere to stay in Alice.

out last night on the town. intended to be a bit of a pub crawl but lasted for all of 2 pubs, 3 beers, 2 games of pool (played with an English lass and we won both games) and 1 hot dog. Woke up this morning feeling a bit iffy. Either the Coopers or the hot dog didn't agree with me. My money is on the hot dog.

I want one!
