Spent yesterday at the movies again, this time for Spongebob Squarepants. Fun film. Better than I had envisiged it but then I'd never heard of SS till I went to the US so had never seen it either.

Had a couple of hours in the outdoor pool. Swam lengths for most of the time. Something I'm regretting a bit now. Ache quite a bit. Have to start doing it more regularly.

Finally had some kangaroo meat for the first (and last) time. Not the best tasting meat in the world but it is cheap.

Was in bed by 9pm, feeling hot, exhausted and ached. Had a rough night's sleep and got up this morning around 9am. Nothing like 12 hours in bed!!
