Not sue why I'm going through this period. I've had a fairly intense week of work and maybe my mind just can't shut down right now. Feeling tired and yet can't sleep. This isn't good. Been chatting with a few old friends online. Always good to catch up with people, especially those I haven't heard from for a while. Be good to see one or two of them on my travels if I can. Sometimes friends come and go, some stay. The best ones always stay.            Comment on this article
