Up at 6.30am this morning. The small matter of the coxless 4 in the rowing was centre of attention. I've not taken much interest in the Olympics as it's a somewhat overly large and over hyped event. Sometimes though certain people and events do take over. Having watched odds and ends of swimming today's rowing was the only other event that piqued my interest.

Cleaned all the dog poo off the garden afterwards and the apples, which as usual were covered in wasps. They're all now in the compost heap!!
